Planeta Junior, Triacom Audiovisual, Televisión Española (TVE), Televisió de Catalunya (TVC) and Toonz Entertainment have joined forces for a new co-production called Bubble Bip, an animated comedy based on the adventures of a videogame superhero who escapes from the virtual world.

Aimed at kids four to seven, the series follows the misadventures of Bip, a curious action game character who discovers a door into the real world. The 52 x seven-minute show will be transmedia in nature, as the show travels between Bip’s videogame and the real world inhabited by his friends.

As Bip interacts with an unfamiliar new world, the CGI-animated show aims to teach kids that it’s OK to think differently and to not be afraid about getting things wrong. Planeta Junior is also handling the series’ distribution and marketing worldwide.
