Japan’s Konami Digital Entertainment-owned 4K Media has named Jonitha Keymoore as its new director of program sales.

Keymoore, who was most recently director of acquisitions at New York-based distributor Cinedigm, will start working from the company’s New York offices, effective immediately.

While she is responsible for 4K Media’s entire broadcast and home video licensing strategy, her initial focus will be to develop and execute multiplatform release plans for anime-based franchise Yu-Gi-Oh!, which 4K Media manages outside of Asia.

Keymoore is looking to lock down US and international licensing deals for the brand’s more than 650 animated TV episodes covering the original Yu-Gi-Oh! series, its next three seasons (Yu-Gi-Oh! GX, Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D’s, Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL) and the newest fifth series, Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V.

Prior to her role at Cinedigm, Keymoore was manager of program sales operations at Viacom International Media Networks, where she managed global sales for Nickelodeon, MTV, Comedy Central, BET, Logo and VH1.
