Following the success of its Frozen-themed takeover, kids virtual world Club Penguin has now joined forces with Disney XD’s hit series Star Wars Rebels for its latest monthly party.

Running from January 22 to February 4 on ClubPenguin.com and via the Club Penguin app for iOS and Android devices, the Club Penguin Star Wars Rebels Takeover gives members the opportunity to save Penguin Island from the evil clutches of the Empire and its diabolical villain, Inquisitor.

With Club Penguin transformed into Lothal, the home planet of Star Wars Rebels, players are tasked with special missions from the series’ heroes of the Rebellion— Ezra, Zeb, Hera, and Kanan.

Disney expanded the virtual world to mobile in May 2013 and reports that up to 40% of Club Penguin’s users now access the site through mobile devices. Club Penguin currently boasts 220 million members globally and remains a free virtual world with an optional subscription service to access special features.
