Amid strong ratings and demand at retail, London-based ITV Studios Global Entertainment is set to launch its UK consumer products program for Platinum Films’ boy-skewing property Matt Hatter Chronicles this fall, and the company has added two new partners for 2015.

Coming on-board as new licensees for UK and Ireland for next year’s phase two of the retail rollout are London Europe (homewares including lunchboxes and drink bottles from spring 2015), and Hall & Associates (personal care items from January 2015).

They join current licensees for 2015 including Trademark Collections (bags), VMC (fashion accessories), University Games (games), Character World (junior bedding sets, home accessories), Topps (trading cards), and Titan (magazines).

For the fall rollout, 17 UK partners are confirmed to unveil products at major retailers, independent shops and at online sites.

Among the global licensees for the fall launch are Simba Dickie, the IP’s master toy partner for UK, EMEA, CEE, Russia and India, Penguin for books and Pedigree for annuals.

Additional UK partners include Smith and Brooks (boys fashion), TDP Aykroyd (nightwear and underwear), Tactic Games (puzzles), Hy-pro (wheeled toys), GB Eye (gifts), and London Europe (stationery).

The launch comes as CiTV prepares to bow the third season of Matt Hatter Chronicles this fall. The series has been a ratings winner among kids ages five to 10 since premiering in 2012.
