Former HIT Entertainment exec Stacey Reiner has launched her own licensing and branding agency, New York-based Remarkable Brands, hitting the ground running by signing two new properties, Lovi & Dovi and UndieBabies from California-based Inoochi.

The two lifestyle brands feature quirky characters that will be showcased at next month’s Licensing Expo in Las Vegas. Lovi & Dovi is currently seeking partners to develop the property into a children’s animated TV show, and the brand is also seeking a master toy licensee, publishing and apparel partners. UndieBabies, meanwhile, centers on a misbehaving dog, cow and bear that pretend to be superheroes and is seeking licensing partners in toys, gifts and t-shirts.

Remarkable Brands will look to work closely with its clients to help develop corporate and branding strategies, consumer products campaigns and licensing partnerships.

Reiner spent the past six years at HIT as director of new business development, where she worked with such brands as Thomas & Friends, Barney and Bob the Builder.
