Oznoz, a new online platform for bilingual children, has secured a deal with Al Jazeera Children’s Channel to bring its popular Arabic original programming to North America.

Balanced, educational and entertaining content will include hit preschool programs such as Lulu and Marmar, Kalila and Dimma and My Arabic Home from JCC’s dedicated preschool channel Baraem.

JCC, which launched eight years ago as the Middle East’s first children’s channel, will also provide content for Oznoz in English and French.

Oznoz, which was created by Big Bad Boo founders Aly Jetha and Shabnam Rezaei, is currently available in the US and Canada and boasts a lineup of more than 200 shows with new titles being added monthly. Users can access content (live-action, animation, books) across multiple platforms including iPad, PC, streaming videos and DVD’s.

Additional new content from Sesame Street was added in November 2013.
