Ireland’s Monster Entertainment has recently secured broadcast deals across Europe, Asia and South America for new animated preschool series Tiny Square Critters.
Set in a forest, Tiny Square Critters tells stories based on the events of a regular day from the point-of-view of three- to six-year-olds.
Each episode starts and ends with a lesson in how to draw animals, encouraging children to join in the stories and create adventures of their own. The 26 x seven-minute series has been acquired by broadcasters YLE (Finland), EduCar (Argentina), Multimania TV (Russia, CIS, Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia) and WhyJ Contents (South Korea).
Produced by Tiny Film, Tiny Square Critters will mark Monster’s second collaboration with the Danish animation studio, which also produces the popular dialogue-free animated series Originalos?
