To help mark this year’s 30th anniversary of  Fraggle Rock, The Jim Henson Company has partnered with kids app developer PlayTales to launch new app Fraggle Rock Music Maker.

Now available in Apple App Store, the music-based title features popular Fraggle characters Wembley, Gobo, Red, Mokey, and Boober, as well as new covers of hit songs from the Fraggle Rock TV series by a variety of today’s best indie music acts.

Users can navigate through five interactive activities and create their own music sequences.

Since its debut in 1983, Fraggle Rock has aired in 80 countries worldwide, been translated into more than 10 languages with a total run of 88 episodes.

The Jim Henson-created series currently airs on The Hub in the US and is broadcast in nearly 12 countries globally.
