Moonscoop, the Paris-based animation house behind such children’s series as Code Lyoko, has gone into administration.
The company, which remains separate from Moonscoop LLC, based in L.A., called in an administrator on June 20th.
The news follows Moonscoop’s recent expansion into more digital platforms. In April, the company made its content available in the US and Canada on video-on-demand platform hoopla via public library cards.
Moonscoop could not be reached for comment at this time.
