The 24th annual Cartoon Forum, taking place in Toulouse, France from September 17 to 20, will feature 69 TV series projects that will be pitched to prospective co-producers, buyers and investors.
Among the animation projects selected is a recurring theme surrounding the supernatural – think skeletons, aliens and hyper pets.
