Glumpers move from TV to apps

Barcelona, Spain-based production and distribution house Motion Pictures has launched the first app based on its short-form animated comedy series Glumpers.apps

The free Glumpers Halloween app is now available for iOS mobile devices on the App Store and features a six-level puzzle game and one Glumpers Halloween special episode, “Night of Horror”.

The full version contains an additional five mini-games (Find the differences, Labyrinth, Jumping, Pentomino, Mahjong), as well as five Glumpers episodes: “UFO”, “Zapping”, “The Burial”, “Surprise Party” and “Snowboard.”

The Glumpers slapstick TV series (104 x two minutes) contains no dialogue and is produced by Motion Pictures and TVC. Currently airing in more than 50 territories including Italy (RAI), and Mexico and Latin America (Televisa Networks), it follows the misadventures of six friends with extreme and conflicting personalities.

Glumpers also has a growing web presence with more than 2.5 million views on its YouTube channel.
