Xfinity TV customers now have more ways to access Disney’s kids and family programming thanks to a new suite of free video streaming apps for iOS devices launched by Comcast and Disney/ABC Television Group that give subscribers three new TV+ products – WATCH Disney Channel, WATCH Disney XD and WATCH Disney Junior.

The new WATCH products (part of Comcast’s TV Everywhere initiative) allow authenticated users to access a number of top Disney series including Shake It Up, Phineas and Ferb, TRON: Uprising, and Jake and the Never Land Pirates live and on demand anywhere they want.

Users who don’t subscribe to Disney will have access to a limited number of on demand episodes each month.

Xfinity TV customers can also access Disney programming on Xfinity On Demand, Xfinity.com/tv and through the Xfinity TV app on the iPad, iPhone and iPod touch and Xfinity TV Player app on Android-powered devices.

The deal is part of a long-term distribution agreement that Comcast and Disney announced in January this year.

The free WATCH Disney Channel apps are currently available on the App Store for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch.
