Licensor MGA Entertainment has secured a licensing deal with Florida-based toyco Jazwares to produce the first ever line of electronics based on the popular Lalaloopsy brand of collectible rag dolls for girls ages four to six.

The line will include headphones, speakers, an alarm clock, earbuds, walkie talkies and a digital camera that will hit retail stores in late 2012.

The deal follows on the heels of Imperial Toy striking a licensing agreement with MGA to produce Lalaloopsy novelty, bubble, sand and beach toys and further expands the consumer products program for the IP which also includes playsets, dolls and accessories, fashion packs, miniature collectibles, and carrying cases.
