Mobile entertainment company Ruckus Media Group has launched a new kids learning program for the iPad. The Ruckus Reader features digital storybooks that give parents customized feedback on their children’s learning experience.

The program, which is available now at Apple’s App Store, offers a weekly email report for parents that gauges their child’s in-app reading skills, such as phonics, word recognition, print awareness, fluency, alphabetic knowledge, and story comprehension.

It also features a library of mobile apps including more than 15 iReaders (digital storybook titles) and 15 e-Readers (e-books), as well as vidReaders (narrated video books).

Hit kids properties featured include My Little Pony, Dino Dan, Transformers, Cyberchase, The Wiggles, VeggieTales and additional content from Crayola and SeaWorld.
