The series, which follows the adventures of a group of skateboarding friends, is produced in partnership with Dyrdek’s Four Down Productions and LA-based animation studio Home Plate Entertainment.

Agogo Corporation, Moonscoop, Telegael and Copernicus Studios are also on board as co-producers of the series which will air regularly on Nicktoons in the Friday, 7 p.m. timeslot following the premiere.

Dyrdek (from MTV’s Rob Dyrdek’s Fantasy Factory and Ridiculousness) lends his voice to lead character Lil Rob and the action-oriented series also features Lil Rob’s talking dog Meaty, his best friend Goggles, and the rest of their school’s skate crew.

Moonscoop will distribute the series internationally and has plans to build a licensing program aimed at older boys around the property. Prior to the full-fledged series, Moonscoop signed a deal with Mattel which rolled out a limited release toy line in fall 2011 to US mass-market retailers based on the original concept for the series.
