Evolution to rep Zydeco’s Floppets brand

In a multi-year deal, Riverwoods, Illinois-based transmedia company Zydeco Studios has hired American licensing and brand management company Evolution Management Group to handle global licensing, sales and brand management for its kid's novelty brand Floppets.

In a multi-year deal, Riverwoods, Illinois-based transmedia company Zydeco Studios has hired American licensing and brand management company Evolution Management Group to handle global licensing, sales and brand management for its kid’s novelty brand Floppets.

The deal will see Evolution expand the collectible character-based brand, which targets kids ages four to 12, into new retail categories including toys, footwear, gift, amusement/theme parks and vending machines.

Floppets are colorful characters that can attach to most personal accessories and can link together to form wristbands, rings, anklets or necklaces.

The brand has also grown online with a website where kids can explore expanded stories for individual characters.
