Australian rights management company Madmen Entertainment has struck a new deal to handle distribution business in its territory for Hasbro Studios properties including Transformers: Prime and My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic, set to be released there in June 2012.

The deal follows on the heels of Hasbro expanding its international strategy by launching into Asia with the sale of Transformers: Prime and My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic to broadcasters in Singapore, South Korea and Hong Kong.
