UK-based rights management company Target Entertainment has scored a slew of multi-regional broadcast deals for Novel Entertainment’s Horrid Henry.

Series one and two (52 x 11 minutes) of the animated show aimed at six- to nine-year-olds have been snapped up by Cartoon Network for its Asia Pacific region including Australia and New Zealand, China and India.

Iceland’s RUV broadcaster has picked up series three and YLE Finland has purchased series two.

Horrid Henry, based on the international books, is the most successful series ever for CiTV Channel and the brand continues to expand beyond stage, radio, online and consumer products into the world of apps and video games.
