The January 2011 issue of Oprah Magazine trumpeted the headline “What’s Your Next Chapter?” the same month that we hosted a visioning retreat for eight executive women called, “Envisioning What’s Next…”  The retreat, which took place along the Delaware in Frenchtown, New Jersey, filled up within days of opening up the registration, and we had an amazing and creative time together working with personal visions.

Why is “what’s next?” on everyone’s mind? We all seem to be exploring this question.
