Child’s Play grows with social media director

New York-based PR and social media firm Child’s Play Communications has tapped Debbie Bookstaber to serve as acting social media director.

Bookstaber, an online marketing expert and mom blogger at Mamanista.com, will spearhead social media strategy and initiatives for Child’s Play clients. She has worked with a roster of clients that include ASTRA (American Specialty Toy Retailing Association), Expedia, RosieHippo.com and Scandinavian Child.

Bookstaber will be joined by new social media specialist Tracy Aboudiwan, who will be responsible for day-to-day implementation of blogger outreach and social network opportunities.

Child’s Play offers an array of communications services designed to engage the influential mom market through traditional media, online and in-person tactics.
