Do you consider yourself visionary? Do you already have a vision for your life, leadership and organization?  In my work as a leadership coach, I find that most people don’t.

Today, we face extraordinary challenges as leaders and in our daily lives.  The media industry, for example, has been reinventing itself even while enduring the biggest recession since the Great Depression.  With so much going on, we can get overwhelmed and distracted from focusing on what matters most.

Visioning puts you back in touch with your choices and your unique higher purpose.  When you create your own career vision, you restore your sense of choice and power in who you are becoming and how you earn your living.

When you have a vision, it really helps you to hold a big picture for others and keeps you above the fray with a clear focus.  Your vision will link your current endeavors with your future aspirations.  Vision is where strategy and big picture-thinking connect.  The result?  A picture of the future that can be your North Star in providing immediate direction about next steps.

You can create your own vision by going to www.nebocompany.com and completing the free Create Your Own Vision exercise.  You will receive your vision back in the form of an email – and have an option for 20 minutes of free coaching to support you as you begin to make your vision real.

Very best,
Kate
