Target Entertainment founder Alison Rayson has resigned from her position as CEO after 13 years and has hired Emmanuelle Namiech to take the reins as the company’s new MD.

Rayson (pictured) is leaving the UK rights management company, which sold to Metrodome Group last year, to explore new ventures.

Namiech will take over next month and will work to expand the company’s core business of international rights management. Target’s portfolio currently includes such kids’ properties as Roary the Racing Car and Raa Raa The Noisy Lion.

Namiech was most recently SVP of global content at Fremantle Media Enterprises and prior to that was director of acquisitions and co-productions at ITV Global Entertainment.
