Jeffrey Godsick leads Fox Consumer Products

Twentieth Century Fox Television has named film marketing exec Jeffrey Godsick president of Fox Consumer Products, where he will oversee all global licensing and merchandising activities related to film and TV properties like The Simpsons, Glee, Ice Age, Family Guy and Avatar.

Twentieth Century Fox Television has named film marketing exec Jeffrey Godsick president of Fox Consumer Products, where, effective immediately, he will oversee all global licensing and merchandising activities related to film and TV properties like The Simpsons, Glee, Ice Age, Family Guy and Avatar.

EVP of Consumer Products Robert Marick remains on board and will report to Godsick.

Godsick’s team will oversee activities across platforms such as interactive gaming, themed entertainment, television promotions, literary publishing and a wide array of consumer product categories. Headquartered in the operating unit’s west coast office, Godsick will manage both its Los Angeles and London-based operations.

Godsick has held several senior marketing positions within Fox’s feature film division, most recently as senior EVP.  During his tenure at the company, he has played roles in the studio’s campaigns for such films as Rise of the Planet of the Apes, X-Men: First Class and Rio.
