Turner CN Enterprises has signed a number of Euro licensees for Spin Master’s girls toy brand, Zoobles.
Further to Spin Master’s global promotion with McDonald’s, Turner, acting as global licensor, has sealed deals with Activision for a Zoobles videogame, D’Arpeje (sporting goods), Ravensburger in Benelux (games and puzzles), and stationery and paper goods from Sun Decorations B.V. and Frajodis NV (Netherlands) and Hatber-M (Russia).
These join licensing deals Turner has already secured with partners across EMEA for back-to-school, publishing, apparel and accessories, and fits in with the licensor’s plan to launch a Zoobles range across EMEA in 2012 through a tiered distribution strategy that will reach both mass and specialty markets.
Aimed at girls ages four to nine, Zoobles transform from tiny colorful balls into collectable characters when placed on their Happitats. Spin Master launched the toys across EMEA earlier this year with hundreds of unique models to collect throughout 2011.
