In an ongoing effort to provide support to companies trying to finance and distribute television programming for children and families, KidScreen is introducing Market Intel, a subscription-based service offering exclusive data and intel about kids broadcasters operating in global markets.

The 24/7 service allows subscribers to login and view up-to-date programming strategy profiles for more than 100 kids channels. Direct contact information for key acquisitions and development executives is also provided.

Additional highlight features of Market Intel include master schedules for 10 key regions (US, Canada, UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Australia, Japan and Brazil) that show what’s airing for kids by day and time slot , a chart detailing average prices paid for kids programming by platform type, rights type and region based on data entered by distributors into KidScreen’s anonymous License Fee Survey and three custom ratings reports from Eurodata TV Worldwide that can be used to track how any show is performing in its time slot in one of 30 different regions.

Market Intel joins Screening Suite on the KidScreen Connect online platform and will be updated three times a year in line with the broadcast cycle of schedule refreshing (fall, January and summer).
