Zodiak Rights, the former rights divisions of RDF Media Group and Zodiak Entertainment, is expanding its licensing team with the appointments of Emily French Ullah to the role of UK licensing manager and Gaby Dior to international licensing manager.
Ullah, who will report into senior licensing manager Jane Kennedy, joins Zodiak Rights from 4Kids Entertainment, where she was responsible for sales across brands such as Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Yu-Gi-Oh. Prior to that, she held the position of UK licensing manager at Jetix Consumer Products, where she was responsible for UK sales across brands including Power Rangers, Sonic X and Totally Spies. Ullah’s key areas of responsibility will include developing new business across Zodiak Rights’ portfolio of properties in the apparel and accessories, home wares, home textiles, furnishings and health and beauty categories.
Reporting into Angeles Blanco, head of international licensing, Dior will focus on the development of new business and management of agents across Zodiak Rights’ portfolio covering the Nordics, Benelux, Eastern Europe and Asia. She joins Zodiak Rights’ licensing team from Copyright Promotions Licensing Agency, where she was European brand manager, working with DreamWorks Animation.
