London, England-based prodco Square Zero has appointed Alexi Wheeler to the role of development producer.
Moving over from E1 Entertainment, Wheeler is now responsible for the development and production of new animated children’s content, in particular preschool series Dustbunnies.
Dustbunnies, a mixed-media toon that went over well at Cartoon Forum 2009, follows the adventures of a group of tiny friends who live in a secret place under a sofa.
Wheeler joins Square Zero from E1 Entertainment and has roughly seven years experience in the industry. Specialising in kids TV, his credits include producing Humf, currently airing on Nick Jr. UK. He has also worked on other E1 children’s titles such as Peppa Pig and Ben and Holly’s Little Kingdom.
