CJ Entertainment & ToonBox Entertainment have secured deals with international broadcasters to air RedRover and ToonBox’s animated comedy series Bolts and Blip.
MIP pre-sales include ABC Australia, Teletoon Canada, KBS Korea and TV3 Spain. KBS Korea and Teletoon Canada will begin airing the series, which is geared towards seven- to 11-year-olds, this summer.
Bolts and Blip was sold to Canal + France last fall and the net will be launching its first episodes this spring. The 26 x 22-minute 3-D HD series involves two best friends who find themselves in over their heads after being suddenly drafted into the Lunar League of Robotic Sports.
