Sesame Workshop hooks up with Nokia to inspire innovators

Mobile manufacturer Nokia is teaming up with Sesame Workshop to encourage software developers to create applications to teach early literacy using Nokia devices to communities around the world.

Mobile manufacturer Nokia is teaming up with Sesame Workshop to encourage software developers to create applications to teach early literacy using Nokia devices to communities around the world.

The initiative is part of Nokia’s Calling All Innovators 2010, an international application development contest designed to inspire creativity and change.

Sesame Workshop will offer guidance during the judging process and work with select developers to further enhance their projects.

Submissions from developers for the 2010 Calling All Innovators contest will be accepted starting on February 1, 2010. The submission deadline is May 18, 2010
