Joining HIT Entertainment’s exec ranks is Sangeeta Desai, who will be helming the newly created role of COO.
Based in London, Desai will be handling the company’s daily operations, overseeing biz development, global brand management, consumer products, live events, marketing communications and creative resources teams across the globe.
She comes to the company as a principal from private equity firm and owner of HIT Apax Partners, where she handled sourcing, evaluating and executing on investments in the global media sector, mainly in entertainment and TV production. She’s also been working closely as an adviser with CEO Jeff Dunn since his appointment in March 2008.
