Telescreen, a subsidiary of m4e, has taken on the exclusive worldwide distribution rights to Hamburg, Germany-based youngfilm’s latest animated production, Conni (26 x 12 minutes).

Excluding German-speaking Europe, Spain, Portugal and Latin America, the deal with Telescreen includes broadcasting, home entertainment, VOD, internet, mobile phone, audio and non-theatrical rights. Conni is based on a German publishing property with more than seven million picture books sold to date, published by Carlsen Verlag. The series targets kids three to six and is a co-pro with Germany’s NFP Animation. Delivery is slated for October 2010.
