In prep for the quickly approaching Asia Television Forum, Moonscoop has secured a number of broadcast deals with key broadcasters in Asia.
OKTO (previously TV12) Singapore has picked up three Moonscoop series: Chloe’s Closet, Ava Riko Teo and Geronimo Stilton. Astro in Malaysia will air ToddWorld, and NTV7 has acquired Bunny Maloney, which has also been snapped up by True Vision (Thailand). The Thai broadcaster also took Geronimo Stilton, preschool series Cosy Corner and seasons two and three of Titeuf. Chutti TV, Sun TV’s children’s channel in India, bought Bobby’s World, Ivanhoe and Chloe’s Closet.
Good TV (Taiwan) has picked up mixed-media Ava Riko Teo, EBS (Korea) acquired stop-motion A Town Called Panic, while Japan distributor Gauguins renewed cabsat rights to the show for the territory.
