Cartoon Network original comic properties Chowder and Flapjack are getting the Hot Topic treatment. The US tween/teen-focused retailer plans to carry an exclusive range of licensed products based on the properties chain-wide.

Licensee Now and Zen has rolled out juniors t-shirts and fashion tops, while Loungefly has released a full range of new accessories, including totes, key chains and buttons. The two Cartoon Network Enterprises properties will be highlighted at all Hot Topic mall-based retail locations as well as on HotTopic.com.

Additionally, CNE has been busy rounding out the licensee roster for boys actioner The Secret Saturdays, recently signing on Hybrid Tees to launch boys t-shirts and sweatshirts at all tiers of retail this holiday season, Random House (publishing) and Warner Home Video to release product this summer.
