Lenders One follows yellow brick road with promo campaign

To reach its national members of mortgage bankers, Lenders One Mortgage Cooperative has inked a deal with Warner Bros. Consumer Products to use a range of licensed print, broadcast, web and other materials from The Wizard of Oz for a new promo campaign.

To reach its national members of mortgage bankers, Lenders One Mortgage Cooperative has inked a deal with Warner Bros. Consumer Products to use a range of licensed print, broadcast, web and other materials from The Wizard of Oz for a new promo campaign.

The campaign, entitled The Brains, the Courage and the Heart to Make Your Dreams Come True, uses iconic phrases and images from the film to promote their lending services and mortgage products. Lenders One is hoping the promo efforts can build a new customer base and allow them to reconnect with existing borrowers.

Members can develop customizable flyers, direct mail materials and print ads, as well as Web site splash pages and online banner ads. Lenders One also has access to sound bites and video to create 30- or 60-second TV commercials and two 30-second radio spots, as well as making templates for designing counter cards, table tents, coffee mugs and five-foot lobby displays.
