It looks like Pat & Stan will be entertaining more kids across Europe, thanks to a raft of new broadcast deals that will bring the animated comedy into new countries across the continent.
Scandinavian broadcasters NRK (Norway), YLE (Finland) and the Icelandic Broadcasting Corporation have picked up the 39 x seven-minute CGI series, as well as TV3 (Catalunya), S4C (Wales), Jetix Europe (Benelux), TSR (Switzerland) and TV5 Monde (France). Cartoon Network has also signed up for Latin America and South Korea, as well as Global TV (Indonesia), Noga Communications (Israel) and M-Net (South Africa).
Grand Entertainment has also taken TV and DVD rights for Ex-Yugoslavia.
TV-L is currently producing new eps of the comic series that will be ready to present at MIPTV in late March.
