Caroline Wong-Spencer has joined California’s MGA Entertainment as VP of licensing.

Wong-Spencer has served stints at Sanrio and Nelvana and in her new role, she’ll be overseeing domestic licensing for MGA’s flagship Bratz property and Little Tikes and Zapf brands.
