Turner Entertainment Networks Asia has promoted Mark Eyers to the new position of VP of content.

In his new role, Eyers will oversee all aspects of TENA’s content business, including scheduling, acquisitions, programming operations, presentation, original production and development and new brands/business initiatives.

Eyers was previously the executive director of programming and was responsible for implementing a unified vision across all programming functions, including operations, acquisitions and development for Turner nets Cartoon Network, Pogo and Boomerang channels in Asia Pacific.

Prior to joining TENA, Mark was the senior manager and head of the creative department at Walt Disney Television International in Singapore, where he was responsible for the creative production and presentation of on-air promotions for Asia Pacific Disney Channels.
