New York City-based Fitz Roy Media has teamed with UK-based Blonde Pilot on a development deal for Secret Wing, the British girls’ stationery and back-to-school brand.

Under the agreement, Fitz Roy Media will develop entertainment projects and interactive website content along with a worldwide licensing and merch campaign for an extensive line of products targeting girls four to seven.

The companies are already in development on a four x 11-minute animated series set for release on DVD in winter 2010 and two new Secret Wings chapter books are planned for release at the same time.

In addition, licensing agents have been appointed for Germany, Greece, the Middle East, Benelux, Korea, China, Taiwan and South East Asia, and agents will soon be announced for France, Spain/Portugal, Italy and Scandinavia.
