Good Stuff buys Basic Fun

Long Island City, New York-based The Good Stuff Company, a manufacturer and distributor of licensed products primarily to the amusement park, private label and sporting goods markets, has acquired Basic Fun.

Long Island City, New York-based The Good Stuff Company, a manufacturer and distributor of licensed products primarily to the amusement park, private label and sporting goods markets, has acquired Basic Fun.

Basic Fun, the Southampton, Pennsylvania-based maker of impulse-buy toys that has sold more than 65 million units of its various licensed toy miniature key chains, will join Good Stuff Toys and Win Stuff Entertainment as the third operating division of the company.

No terms of sale were released.
