Contender Entertainment Group has sold its new preschool series Ben and Holly’s Little Kingdom to Nickelodeon International.

The deal means that the new 52 x 11-minute series will be broadcast across Nickelodeon networks’ 43 international channels throughout Africa, Asia-Pacific, Europe, the Middle East and Latin America when it’s delivered in 2009.

Holly’s Little Kingdom follows the adventures of elves, fairies and small animals, and was developed by the creative team who produced current UK hit Peppa Pig. It was previously picked up by Nickelodeon UK.
