The European Association of Animation Film is moving its Cartoon Movie event to Lyon, France after 10 years at the Babelsberg Studios in Potsdam, Berlin.
The move signals the emergence of France as the European leader in the animated film market.
The next edition of the Cartoon Movie is scheduled to take place March 4 to 6, 2009 at the Congress Center in Lyon.
