Nickelodeon & Viacom Consumer Products has bolstered its international exec team with two new appointments.

Andrés Mochón has been promoted to VP of Latin America, while Jennifer Lawlor joins the company to helm the newly created post of VP of agent territories for Europe, Near East and Africa.

The new appointments are part of NVCP’s plan to further expand its global business announced this past June. Mochón is a former NVCP director for Argentina, Brazil and Chile. He’s now overseeing licensing and merchandising for MTV Networks International’s portfolio of properties in all markets throughout the Latin America region and will manage all local consumer products activities, including events, oversight of retail development, plus management of day-to-day relationships with regional agents and licensees.

Based in London, Lawlor now has oversight of NVCP’s agent partnerships in EMEA markets such as Greece, Israel, Italy, Poland and Spain. Lawlor moves over to Nick from 4Kids Entertainment where she managed more than 40 US licensees out of the company’s New York office and is credited with the successful launch of the Teenage Mutant Turtles movie in March 2007.
