Exodus lands more promo partners for Igor

Leading up to next month's big screen premiere of CGI feature film Igor, Exodus Film Group has signed two more promo deals with ICEE and Sylvan Learning.

Leading up to next month’s big screen premiere of CGI feature film Igor, Exodus Film Group has signed two more promo deals with ICEE and Sylvan Learning.

Frozen treat producer ICEE will be creating an Igor-flavored variety of frozen dessert as well as hosting a sweepstakes contest. Sylvan Learning, meanwhile, is developing and hosting the Can You Help Igor Get to the Science Fair reading contest for students in kindergarten through grade eight, which will be hosted on www.bookadventure.com. Sweepstake prizes include trips to Space Camp.

The full slate of licensing partnerships for the full-length CGI feature being distributed by Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Pictures includes deals with Simon & Schuster (books, readers and activities), Legacy Interactive (video games), IDW (comic books), Publications International (interactive books), Weinstein Books (movie storybook), Carl’s Jr. (Meal Bags/promotion), Hardees (Meal Bags/promotion), McDonald’s (Happy Meal promotion UK/Ireland) and Upper Deck (trading cards) .

Igor opens across North America on September 19.
