Rekha Shah has joined the international sales team of Toronto, Canada-based CCI Releasing, a division of CCI Entertainment.
In her new role as director of sales, Shah will be responsible for selling CCI’s catalogue into Asia, Eastern Europe, Middle East, Africa and Canada and she will be also filling an acquisition and management role for the company.
Shah has a varied history behind and in front of the camera, most recently holding the position of director of television distribution at Alliance Films and starting her career as on-air talent for Nickelodeon’s You Can’t Do That on Television and hosting a weekend children’s block on Canadian pubcaster TVOntario.
