The Parent Company has entered into a contract to utilize the Denver, Colorado-based FiftyOne global ecommerce solution from E4X and plans to kick off its 2008 holiday sales season by extending three of its flagship brands – eToys, BabyUniverse and My Twinn-internationally.

The three e-shopping sites are now targeting 500 million consumers in 34 countries, including Canada and Europe.

The deal will use the new technology to offer online shopping around the globe, allowing each e-commerce site to be tailored to individual markets.

The Parent Company joins other major e-commerce sites by using FiftyOne to create local country merchandising, multi-currency payments and global delivery.
