Global manga companies Tokyopop and Gentosha Comics have inked a worldwide partnership.

Under the terms of the agreement, Tokyopop is providing sub-licensing agency services (outside of Asia, France and Italy) for Gentosha Comic’s library of IP, including Gravitation, Lament and Arm of Kannon.

Together the companies will also pursue co-development opps in the digital, film and merch areas.
