• Our hats off to Scholastic Media's series WordGirl produced by its animation house, Soup2Nuts, for taking home the 2008 Television Critics Association (TCA) Award for Outstanding Achievement in Children's Programming at the 24th-annual TCA Awards ceremony held on July 19 in Beverly Hills, California.

Alex Winter (Bill, from Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure, dudes) will return to direct and executive-produce the latest live-action installment of Cartoon Network's Ben 10 franchise. Winter directed the first Ben 10 live-action movie, Ben 10: Race Against Time.
