Fifi-Forget-Me-Not from Fifi and the Flowertots will be the official ambassador for Planet Ark’s Schools Tree Day on Friday, July 25 and National Tree Day on Sunday, July 27 in Australia.

Each year more than 200,000 children take part in Schools Tree Day planting activities, growing native gardens, and promoting environmental education.

To help mark the occasion, Nick Jr. Australia will be holding a Fifi and the Flowertots marathon on Sunday, July 27 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. A Fifi/Planet Ark Community Service Announcement will screen regularly throughout July to promote the Tree Day activities. Nick Jr is also running a Fifi competition through its website www.nickjr.com.au, giving Fifi fans a chance to win Flowertot gardening play sets. ABC Kids will also air Fifi and the Flowertots episodes at 3:30 p.m. weekdays throughout July.
