Contender Entertainment Group continues to round out Peppa Pig’s licensing program in the UK and has just added partyware, amusement plush and educational toys licensees to its roster.

Party Plus is creating Peppa-branded party product, including paper plates and cups, napkins, table covers, party bags and invites that hit the UK market in June through the company’s website, mail order and network of independent retailers.

Peppa plush aimed specifically at the amusement market is in the works from PMS International. The first items should start popping up in ATEI coin-op and amusement shows and exhibitions in January.

Inspiration Works, meanwhile, has signed on to develop a number of electronic learning products, including Peppa Pig Fun Phonics, an illustrated backlit alphabet board with eight activities, and the Peppa Pig Magic Mirror. The range launches in July and will be available through Woolworths, Argos and Toymaster as well as online.
