The 29-inch black-and-yellow robotic music sound system features 62 sound effects, 49 expressive LED light animations, shakes its thang when hooked up to an MP3 player and sports a US$500 price tag.

• Agoura Hills, California-based THQ is readying Bratz Girlz Really Rock for the Wii, Playstation 2 and Nintendo DS this fall. The video game based on the upcoming Bratz Girlz dolls and animated film offers live music performances and a makeover station.

Disney Interactive Studios is bringing canine film character Bolt to the Wii, DS, Xbox 360 and Playstation 2 and 3 this November. The game is based on Walt Disney Animation Studio CGI flick about a canine TV star that accidentally gets shipped to New York City and discovers he his super powers don't work in the real world.
